What to know before you sign
YOU SUPPLY · WE INSTALL
All signage is provided by the sponsor. French Quarter staff install everything and ensure it's properly placed and visible for the full duration of the event.
PLACEMENT
Exact placement of secondary and perimeter signage is at the venue's discretion. Primary Presenting Sponsor signage is always at the main event area — the most visible spot in the room.
TIMING
Signs go up either the evening before or day-of the event — exact timing is at the venue's discretion. Either way your signage is guaranteed visible for the full event.
TRIVIA & COMPETITION EVENTS
Featured Sponsors at trivia and competition events are required to either provide prizes or add $30 for French Quarter branded gift cards presented in their name. Presenting Sponsors have no prize obligation.
